Peoples Choice has the idea of helping the residential brokerage community in closing commercial loan transactions. On each commercial mortgage transaction, we share all earned commercial loans fees contractually with the referring mortgage broker or mortgage entity. And allow you to be as active in the originating, processing, and closing as you choose to be. Peoples Choice has been very successful using this process and we have developed a significant network of mortgage referral partners.

Time…
You decide the amount of time you wish commit to the transaction. Commercial transactions take experienced originators, processors, attorneys and closing agents all working together to make the deal happen, but nothing occurs unless that first introduction is made. You can arrange the initial introduction, or present a checklist to the borrower and collect the preliminary submission package. It’s your choice. We will keep you informed of the progress of your client’s loan and work with you to make sure it is a good experience for all involved. 

Income…
After the transaction has closed and funded, you share a percentage of the commission earned. It’s that easy! Now it’s easier for you to earn additional income by referring commercial clients to Peoples Choice. We’d like to offer you a chance to earn up to 50% of all earned commissions per commercial loan referral. For every commercial loan that we close that you refer to us we will pay up to 50% of all earn commissions to the mortgage broker/mortgage brokerage that referred us.

Broker Registration Registered brokers get priority for deals submitted  to Peoples Choice and receive our  lending information so you know ahead of time whether we can close a loan.
